Benson Management is pleased to once again provide our financial support for the 2025-2026 school year to help fund the UWL CBA First Friday Lecture Series , designed to bring students together with today's business leaders for a dialogue about business leadership and management. A part of the larger CBA Speaker Series , these session are held the first Friday of various months at Skogen Auditorium , 1400 Centennial Hall , followed by a reception at Wittich Hall . 1125 Pine Redevelopment Completed

New 18-unit apartment building construction completed, Summer 2024

During Summer 2024, we completed demolition of 7 houses and construction of a new 18-unit apartment building at 1125 Pine St, La Crosse, WI in cooperation with a dedicated team of construction professionals we've worked with for years. Our team was able to complete the work in approximately 3 months in preparation for full occupancy leasing beginning Sept. 1, 2024. Congratulations to everyone involved on another successful redevelopment project!

Benson Management has renewed its commitment for the 2023-2024 school year to help fund the UWL CBA First Friday Lecture Series , designed to bring students together with today's business leaders for a dialogue about business leadership and management. The next session will be on Friday, November 3, 3:30 - 4:30 P.M. at Skogen Auditorium , 1400 Centennial Hall , followed by a reception at Wittich Hall, 2nd floor . We'd love to see you there, but i f you're unable to attend, videos of lecture presentations can also be found online. How to Oktoberfest Responsibly

As we enjoy the last remnants of this year's summer temperatures and sun, October, and Oktoberfest in Wisconsin, a tradition for many years, is fast approaching. We want all of our tenants and the surrounding community to experience an enjoyable Oktoberfest. Since this could be some of our tenants' first experience with the event, here's some advice to help you enjoy the experience to it's fullest.

Limit the size of social gatherings and drug/alcohol consumption. You are responsible for yourself, your roommates, the behavior and actions of your guests, and any damage caused to your rental unit. Tenants are jointly and severally liable.
Be respectful of your neighbors and the surrounding community. Refer to the section of your lease about lawful use of premises and noise. Please keep your unit and property clean - it can get expensive for tenants if we end up having to clean up after them.
Let guests know not to park in assigned parking spaces or handicapped spaces to avoid being towed.
Obey local laws and regulations. La Crosse Police have provided some Oktoberfest safety tips and communicated the following plans for the campus housing area during Oktoberfest:

A significant increase in police presence which will include WI State Patrol through the weekend.
A police command post at 1243 Badger St.
Coordination of response plans with UW-La Crosse Police.
Sharing of campus area law enforcement actions with UW-La Crosse Administration for possible academic discipline.

We trust our tenants will plan and act responsibly, and encourage the same behavior in others. Violations of lease terms, local ordinances, laws and regulations could have significant and long-lasting consequences.

2024-2025 Student Housing

We're looking forward to showing you why we've been the student housing leader in La Crosse for over 40 years! Founded by Brian and Barb while they were students at UW-L, our company remains committed to providing a variety of quality housing options for our discerning tenants. Make sure to review our rental process and availability pages before you schedule a showing or apply to rent with us from the rental unit posting. We will also have 2 brand new properties this year that will have Sept. 1, 2024 lease start dates - 1133 Pine (18 one, two and three bedroom, 1 bath units) and 1018 Badger (4 BR / 2 BA house).

UW-L is No. 2 in Wisconsin; record enrollment for second year in a row

For the second year in a row, UWL's incoming first-year class has hit a record enrollment . At Benson Management, we're not surprised given what we know about the campus environment.
