schedule a rental unit showing

To view available rental units in-person, refer to our apply to rent page to understand the process, then call us at (608) 782-3776. When scheduling, each group may view up to three (3) available rental units. We cannot schedule a showing sooner than 12 hours in advance because WI law requires us to notify tenants of entry in advance. Submit a rental application only when you are prepared to pay a security deposit and sign a lease for your preferred rental unit.
